But there is only extreme 4k is mentioned but the product I got is discontinued extreme hd 3d+

By all indications, the card works, but I would suggest not as a 3d input (I don't think vMix supports 3d).

Thanks dude and I have an another question
Is that card support realtime hdmi(HD) input and downconverted sdi(SD) output at the same time.
