hi i upgraded one of my windows10 pc after restarting i was not able to log into my v mix it had a registration error i tried uninstalling vmix and installing again but still the same error (invalid namespace)
i also log it out and tried to log it with the same key but its not taking the key what is the solution

Have you checked your vMix account , guess to vMix your new installation might be seen as another PC

I HAVE WHEN I PUT IT IN ANOTHER PC THAT IS MY LAPTOP IT WORKS IT SEEMS THE ISSUE IS WITH THE WINDOW HOW CAN I REMOVE THE VMIX AND THE KEY COMPLETELY FROM MY PC WITHOUT INSTALLING A NEW WINDOW

have you deleted your "old" pc in your vMix account?
