vMix Social not showing Facebook comments!

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else is having problems with Facebook not showing comments (send to vMix Social)? For the last two days only random comments are being sent to vMix Social, for example if I had 30 comments from Facebook only 6 will show up in the browser (Chrome), YouTube is fine.
Anyone else having this problem?

It's still happening, I have to use Streamyard which is not ideal so any updates please Martin????

Having same problem. Shows some comments. Misses others.

Uninstalled, reinstalled and still comments not coming through.

As per previous discussions on this topic, vMix Social receives exactly what is sent from Facebook.
However, just in case you can double check the View Log in vMix Social to see if there are network issues blocking the receiving of comments.
If there are no network errors then there isn't anything we can do, Facebook will often filter out comments for various reasons
on streams, and we have no control over that, we simply display everything we are given!

Thanks Martin, just find it strange that StreamYard is ok but I'll check the logs (where are they located?). Have a great Christmas.

Just thought I'd give everyone an update, still no luck. It's been three months!
I've uninstalled, taken permission off Facebook (and added again) but still around 200 comments are not showing up. YouTube comments are all ok, and when using StreamYard (with Facebook comment) all is ok, it seems just vMix Social that seems to be the issue with Facebook!
Anyone having issues?
