Using the AJA Software Installer v15.0.1 (this is the last driver that supports Kona 3G directly with firmware updates and everything else) and vMix 24.0.0.46 I can get the Kona 3G card to work with 720P/59.94 and 1080i/59.94, but I can't get it to work with 1080P/59.94.

Although I haven't tried it in awhile, I believe the newer AJA drivers will work, but not for firmware updates/changes.

I an using vMix 23.0.0.36, but every time I see the card, and I connect an input, the card just disappears from vMix inputs, when I check the device Manager, the card sometimes is still there, or it may have a yellow mark on it.....restart the PC, and everything is looking good again, then, the same thing happens again.... Really need some hekp here...AJA support tried to help, but no luck...they even had full remote control of my PC..

What are your system specs?

Make sure you're using a PCIe slot that is electrically compatible with the card (PCIe 2.0 x8 I believe)

I've been running two KONA 3Gs in three separate systems without much issue since lockdown.

I am using an Asus H87M-PRO with just 16 gigs of ram....this board a PCIe slot running at x4, is where I have the card inserted, the other slot x16, is used by the video card......
