Hi, this is something super strange: vMixCalls do not work on iOS anymore when they are in cellular network.
We tested with all three german providers and six different iPhones with iOS 14.4 and 14.3 and we only get the blue screen of disconnection. When I'm on Wifi with the same phone it works fine. When I'm using the phone as a hotspot, I also only get a blue screen on all browsers on macOS.
Is this maybe related to vMixCall outage last week?
Thanks for help and best regards Seb

Have you also tried https://advanced.vmixcall.com/If it's only happening over 4G/5G then it's the provider I would say. You can play with the APN Settings for the Telekom card. APN: internet.t-d1.de = public IP APN: internet.telekom = private IP Alternatively you can use Medialooks VT instead of vMixcall with some pro/cons.

Same result, only in black instead of blue. :( It's definitely no APN problem. I'm using vMixCall for years now and a 4G hotspot was always our fallback in case of Fort Know firewalls. We had it running with multiple iOS devices for many events in the past with different providers. Now it's not working on iOS with Telekom, Vodafone and O2, but does on Android. Interestingly WebRTC via obs.ninja works with our iOS devices. So I don't think it's a problem on iOS side. We have alternative solutions for remote connection, but we prepared the event with vMixCall. ;)
