Perhaps I'm missing it, but is there a shortcut to tick/untick individual input sources in a multiview?

Yup, use these shortcuts quite a bit :
MultiViewOverlay - Toggle On/Off MultiView Overlay For Input At Index (starting from 1) or MultiViewOverlayOff / MultiViewOverlayOn

Mind you
Multiview has been renamed to Layers to avoid confusion with the Output Multiviews (settings) in v24 hence currently the 2 options in v24 (multiview (old) and layeronoff (new)) were both are usable

I haven't played with v24 yet. Looking at the docs (https://www.vmix.com/help24/), it might be good if the new Layer commands were mentioned in, or linked from, the older MultiViewOverlay commands. Anyway, it's good to hear vMix are making some of the terminology less confusing...

Also helpfull is checking the New Features and Changes : Input MultiView renamed Input Layers to make it easier for new users. New shortcut names added as well, with old shortcuts kept for backwards compatibility.
