I often use the ticker tape option to show the latest news headlines. That is working fine.

But i want to put a COLORED logo in between the headlines (see photo for example). Unfortunately that is still not possible. I was able create a logo in the selected font (replacing a unused character), but that one can only be the same color as the font.

I can also use a external app to create the ticker, but i don't want that.

So is it something that we can expect in the near future? Would me great. Or is there a 'tweak' or plugin to do this?

Those are custom made due to textblock content lenght restrictions, exact positioning of the elements and such but are GT titles

I see. That is not what i am looking for. But it looks great.

I want to use a RSS or XML data feed, to put the latest news in the ticker. The ticker shows headlines.
In between the headlines i want a colored logo of the station.
The length of the headlines is different every time.

In the data source settings of vMix there is a option 'format'. Here i can put a separator character(s).
If this option can be upgraded so graphics can be added than this problem is solved.

Would be great.

I get what you are asking for. Some ticker solutions call it a text delimiter. Essentially something to break up every story, be it something that says "Breaking News" or the logo of the show, etc. I've asked for this for a bit, others have as well. Not sure if it is coming, but it'd look great if they did!

I did find a possible solution, but it is a bit of a overkill and rather expensive for just a Ticker.

(found it in this forum)

It can read xml files and is able to put animations, logo's, scores and al kind of other stuff in it. It is also using NDI.

I think I will try the demo version, but I'm not going to pay $2495,00 for it if I only use it for a ticker just occasionally.

So, if anyone has other good solutions, please let us know.
