Hi,
I've just stuck while trying to send sound to Buses A or B or whatever.
I have plenty of sound hardware installed inside my PC. And while it sends audio signal to real hardware - USB sound card or for instance Behringer UMC404HD, even NDI works! However, it complete silence when I choose to send it to Virtual cables. In my case I use VB-Audio cables (CABLE Input, CABLE-A Input and CABLE-B Input). Just to mention - theese perfectly works in other apps.
Any ideas? What the heck is wrong?

Nice to see someone from Russia on forums. I did a test just for you and it works fine. 1) Set audio out for a bus. 2) Be sure to enable audio, you will see a green audio meter. 3) Set your audio to a bus linked to your virtual cable. 4) It seems to work fine.

Hi,
I know, HOW to configure it, 'cause it flawlessly works on another machine. However on the main streaming PC - does not. Thus it's clearly erroneous behaviour. Even have no ideas, where to dig for the root cause.

Hello @diehard have you solved the problem?
How is the Behringer UMC404HD is it fully compatible with Vmix and NDI ? I want to patch 4 mics without a mixer is it useful ?

It has two different modes: channels 1 + 2 and 3 + 4, (2 stereo channels). In the case of microphones, this is not the best config. But you can use 4 separate mono channels, which is the right choice for a microphone use case. I'm happy with this piece of hardware. Especially with WT Automixer plugin - it works like a charm.

I ran into a similar issue once, and the solution was to completely remove all of my VB Cables and reinstall them. Not a hint of trouble since.
