Hi Is there any way to use Vmix switcher to control ATEM TVS?, i'm asking because ATEM is very limited for switching, but solid to encode and manage connections, releasing the computer cpu load, i think if we mix ATEM TVS with Vmix we will be close to a Tricaster, for less money.

Hi, It will be great but don't think it is possible. Actually, using ATS with vMix running on a PC who is an enter in the ATS (for incrustation of scoreboard essentially). Thinking I can "inverse" and enter the ATS in vMix (using an HDMI acquisition card) for more options (like replay for example) but if this is possible, I think I will have only one image : the output of ATS. Chris Well buying an ExpressCard HDMI Audio Video Capture Card - 1080 p. Using "program HDMI out" of Atem Television Studio to go my computer. Detecting by vMix with no problem (except two black bars above and below, with are not when using directly Flash Media Live Encoder). Have to upgrad my licence and will try on live with this configuration who seems to be great too (can use all the fonctions of vMix, like replays, inscrustations, etc...) and have a double back-up of streaming : with the record of vMix and with the record of an other PC (Atem to Pc via USB and soft MxLight for record).

Here are the issues : admin wrote:1. If you are running vMix x64, run the normal vMix version instead. (There was no 64bit vMix back in version 8)
Perfect ! Here are the issues With aspect ratio as source : link. There is to bars above and below the image. With aspect ratio as normal : linkadmin wrote: 2. Try selecting 720x576 as the resolution as a test and report back the error.
Here is the issue : link. If you can't see well, the source image is reduce and seems to have to image surperpose one on one. Thanks a lot for rapid answer and issues :) will make more tests for new live stream off bocce with wonderdul perspectives. Regards. Chris

@ Chris Somehow, your vMix appears to be configured to 4:3 aspect ratio and not 16:9. Have you adjusted your settings since upgrading?
