Has anyone managed to use the UMC404HD without dropouts?

We still have a couple that are sitting on the shelf and I keep seeing the unit show up in the forum with iusues.
We have a couple of Obsidian systems with an RTX Titan and they work beautifully with the Scarletts, never seen a dropout, but somehow the UMC404HD always shows dropouts every few minutes (and they are audible).

I've had no issues with these units. Rock solid.

What system if you don't mind me asking. And not dropped samples?
The HD unit not just the UMC404?
