When using broadcast cameras usually audio channels are used as mono to be fed with mics (ambient mics or separate lavalier mics for example).
In Vmix you can "mono" them using the channel matrix but i haven't found a way to control their audio channels separately, volume slider and on/off button at least.

this is already build in. go to your input settings -> Audio Settings and choose separate Mono e voila ! two faders  separate mono.JPG (76kb) downloaded 0 time(s).
