I have a youtube livestream input but compared to the same stream in a browser I do not seem to get this same stream to play as smoothly in vMix.
As result a recording etc is not smooth either.
Is this a vMix 'issue' ?
any tips ?
Guy

Hi,
Does the frame rate in vMix match the stream?

For some reason the latest YouTube player only works at 10fps when used outside of a browser (such as in vMix). You can use the direct embed URL as shown below with the version 2 player which works ok: http://www.youtube.com/v...start=1335&version=2Note however that YouTube may change this at any time, which is why it is not supported by vMix. It is always better to download the videos first if possible. Regards, Martin vMix

Thank you Martin
while it was live (the last day) I switched to displaying it on second monitor and did screen capture. Better but then getting the sound was a PITA
Normally would download too (later) but a over 11hr video is a bit much ;-)
