I'm playing with an idea, is it possible to send two different audio streams to Skype?

1st mono channel to the presenters so they can hear me, and then the second mono audio field to be heard by the public in a hall.

The Church hall would use their mixing desk to separate the audio coming from Skype.

If this can be done could someone be so kind as to explain how I can do this (audio to Skype would be via NDI I'm guessing) please?
