I am trying to update from version 9 to 11 and a error comes up that says hardware has changed. There has been no hardware change and vmix will not accept my registration key.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Greg,

Follow the instructions in the error message to re-activate the key anyway.
Or email us if you have any further issues.

The re-activate worked and it accepted my key.
