Using 2011v11 to capture from multiple live sources (AdLink PCIe-RTV24 4-channel card), using vMix Virtual capture output to WME9. WME9 reports input frame rate varies between 20fps and 29.97fps. Encoded output video shows the frame skipping in the form of non-fluid movement.
Inputs are configured to 720x480, output of vMix is set to 720x480. Encoder is set to output 640x360.
CPUs are i5-760s (cpu load hovers around 30%). I have been able to replicate it with several systems now.
What can I provide you to diagnose this issue?
Thanks,
Hector

Hi Hector,
What graphics card does the system have? Also, does the frame rate counter in vMix stay at a constant 30fps or does it jump around too?
Regards,

Graphic cards are nvidia geforce 210.
vMix shows the frame rate to be 30 even when wme is reporting low input frame rates.

Does the issue occur if you use the built in vMix recording feature to record to AVI?
Thanks,
