I was wondering if there was a way or of it could be added for the Multiview layout to have a Record/Stream indicator some where. As in, if vMix is recording/streaming. It shows that it is.

If this is already possible please show me how! Thanks!

You can do this already. Only for either Record or Stream, not both from what I can see.

Go into the settings > Options > Transition Display: Enable Production Clocks.
Double click on the production clock below the T Bar, then choose either a streaming or recording type, click create input.

You can now add this to your multiviewer.
