This is my question...

Is it possible, using triggers, to start a picture sequence from a specific photo?

I have a single folder with photos. I need to play them many times starting from a different position each time.
Is it possible to do it using the same picture's folder without creating a set of folders (one for each cue)?

I can't find anything useful inside the trigger list.

what do you want to trigger on ? how are you going to decide which position to start from ?

check the SelectIndex shortcut

Hi, it doesn't work.
But thanks for the suggestion.

I need to play a set of pictures, many times in the same stream.
But, each time I have to start from a different picture, whose position is known from the beginning.
So, What I think to do is...

starting from the same picture's folder I go to create different cues in the show.
Each cue is referring to the same folder.
What I need to do is to tell to vmix from which picture start each time I recall a different cue of these Photos.
So, the first time I have to start from the very beginning, and this is easy.
The second time I have to start from the 4th, than the 8th, 10th,.....

I'm not using a virtual set, just playing these fullscreen.

I already tryed using:

SetPosition ... but it works in milliseconds not in relative position. No effect on Pictures
StartPlayList ... nothing
AutoPlayFirst ... nothing
Next Picture ... just move to the second picture
NextPlayListEntry ... no effect
SetImage ... no effect

I don't really know what to do more. Or even if it is possible to do it someway.

In vMix 24, you might also want to consider using Dynamic values to set the index number...
