Sudden Blue Screen when calling in for 1 caller. Has worked for months.

The connection worked multiple times a week since March, now all of a sudden no bueno. No changes on their side, seems to hang on
"Sending our reply to initiate the call"
Call manager detects the name that's input and assigns it to the correct input, but the caller only receieves the blue screen back on their side - their cam shows fine in the top left corner. 2 separate machines, hard wired, no firewall. Phone can connect from the same network...
at a loss.
any suggestions?

Run a test here: https://test.webrtc.org/Both Microphone and Camera must be working in the browser in order for it to connect.

Update. It happened to 2 other people tonight, Chrome and Brave browsers (built on Chrome) Had them swap to Firefox, it did work so I'm thinking there is an issue with an update to chrome or something.

It sounds like you have an old version of vMix installed, so check to make sure the latest vMix 23 is running, as regular updates are needed to maintain compatibility with browsers.
