hi i just upgraded to vmix 4K to service an event tonight with three callers. when i try and add a third caller input i get an error "maximum number of callers reached". the documentation clearly states the limit is four callers for VMIX 4K which is why i bought the darn thing!

anyone have any ideas??

What exact version of vMix are you using? Have you upgraded your software to the current version as well as upgrading your licence key?

thanks for the speedy reply. I figured it out...and no surprise but user error! all good now sorry for the firedrill!
