vMix Social Not Updating Photos - Happening for several weeks now

As described. Our daily Facebook Live show has several commenters that are reoccurring. Their photos update from time to time. I can see the updated photo in the web interface, but when I fly their photo into the production, it shows photos from, at times, several weeks/months ago.

I know there is a way to delete the temp files to force the program to re-download these photos. My curiosity is...
  1. How often does or should the program be updating or checking these photos to see if they need updating.
  2. Am I the only person with this issue?
  3. Can we build an ability to check for new photos at either certain intervals or on every start?

I'm with you on that one, I get many viewers complaining about this. I've put it down to Facebook not sending the correct images.

I don't know if it is down to Facebook though. The web interface shows the correct, new pictures. I think vMix Social doesn't scrape the new photos and put them in temp to use. Ever lately.

That's a good point, I didn't think of that. Yes then I'd say it's down to vMix Social.
