Vmix has restarted into Mandarin?

So... this is weird and a pretty bad bug. I was changing output 1 audio bus from Master to Bus B Vmix then asked to restart, it has restarted into mandarin or some variation similar. I've since restarted the machine, and opened other shows and still not changing. Anyone able to help? See below Chinese.png (92kb) downloaded 2 time(s).

Settings -> Options : change language
You must have done something else unknowingly as that change does not require a restart
