Finally solved the issue myself.
Was this box in Sound properties that was ticked and so when I unticked it vMix Desktop Capture began working:

Capture.PNG (41kb) downloaded 11 time(s).

This Error occurs also when you have an audio feedback loop inside the PC.

I was sending audio with NDI Webcam as well as Voicemeeter and causing an internal feedback loop when I used vMix NDI Desktop Capture.

Once I removed the loop the error went away.

Weird part - Video works just fine you just do not have audio.
