Hello, I am testing vmix with a trial version for an upcoming production of a show that will run through February 2021. Running windows 10 pro, intel i7 - 10700k @3.80GHz, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER GPU. we ran a test with 6 callers via vmix call, 1 camera and mic input. All video broke up and could not hear audio at all. iso recording was sporatic recording only 3 - 50 seconds at a time. At a complete loss. Please advise.

What were your Render Times and CPU readings during these problems? If you can run that test again, open up Task Manager in Windows. Look for any programs or processes running in the background that are using up resources. Make note of them, and if they are unnecessary, close them.
Also note GPU and CPU resource usage during the test.

Turns out the computer had a bad CPU. Only operating at 5%. Seems to be working better now. Will know more when we run next test Monday. Thank you for the reply.
