If I stream to 3 destinations, is it possible to mute the audio to only one destination part way through the broadcast? It is necessary to mute singing when streaming to YouTube.

Mute the bus you are using for that stream (maybe route the audio to another bus first and use that for your YT stream)

How do I route the audio to another bus, and will I need to do that for the other two?

- Enable an additional audio bus in Settings, Audio Outputs – say Bus A - in the streaming settings of your YT stream set Channels to Bus A, the other streams will stay on Master - in the Audio Mixer your Audio Sources that have the A activated besides the M will go to the YT stream - there is a fader and mute button for Bus A. Use it when you want to mute your YT stream

I spoke too soon. It worked on the test bed computer. When I went to the production computer, there is no drop down choice in the streaming section. I changed several things, but there is no channels drop down box. Do I need to change something?

What doggy said. Otherwise, could you post a screenshot of your settings?

In my settings for Audio output there is currently a Bus A and a Bus B, so I enabled Bus C. That didn't work, so I enabled Bus D and that didn't work. I should say that there was a slider in the audio mixer when I enabled Bus C and Bus D. I can attach a shot of my settings. Assume you mean main settings plus the streaming menu (that did not have the channels selection). Anything else that will be of help?

Yes, the streaming settings, where the dropdown is missing, should be helpful.
