Triggering transition on completion for a multiview - How to trigger a transition out of a multiview when its video layer is completed.

I have a video (mp4) input that needs to fade into another camera input upon completion. I know it can be achieved using a trigger.
What makes it tricky though is that it's a multiview containing the video that needs to be triggered to transition out (in this multiview, the video is zoomed out and the outer space is filled with an image), so the trigger setting for the video itself has no impact on the multiview.

It feels that this is a scenario so common that vMix would already have a solution for it.

Thanks in advance.

PS. As long as I can give a video an image background, I don't have to use a multiview. Just mentioning this in case there is a way to achieve this triggered transition in a totally different approach.

Maybe using a OnCountdownCompleted trigger (as you know this video duration) ?

However if you want a transition effect within this multiview, you have to use a Mix input which unfortunately is not video file friendly...

Or maybe:

- Create virtual input of video
- Multiview Layer 1 on original video: Background image
- Multiview Layer 2 on original video: Virtual input of video
- Set trigger OnCompletion on the original video

or if duration is not known a script to check the duration and initiate a countdown or check the end of the video and act upon

EDIT : Just checked, it works!

EDIT 2 : The OnCountdownCompleted method works too but it's less convenient
