Good day everyone. I'm sorry to bother you, but I need help with a problem I can't handle. I own an atem mini pro and Vmix 4k. I would like to use the atem and vmix switches together. I have everything connected using usb - C to USB - A. I have the whole chain switched to 50p and everything is connected to USB3 using a USB3 cable. Unfortunately, the video cuts terribly, both during the stream and in the preview itself in the vmix. I have 2 graphics cards in my laptop. One integrated and the other external. If I choose the integrated video, it will be cut like this

As soon as I switch to external in the settings, the preview in vmix does this and the video is also continuous. Here is a sample

They are also tried as in the Vmix Latencymon manual, but I admit I have no idea what to do with it.

All programs, video card drivers I have updated, but I still have this problem.
I wrote in support a week ago and no answer yet Please anyone know what to do with this? Thank you BS

vMix does not perform well with 2 GPUs or eGPUs.

If vMix support hasn’t responded within a day or two, email them again as it probably wasn’t received.

Old topic for you, but did you ever resolve the "conflict" between vMix and ATEM mini pro that showed up as jittery (or worse) transitions?
