Tried to record 4x Skype NDI's into a multicorder (4Mbps MP4), with fault tolerance turned on & kept getting record time's restart to zero and alot of clips. Not sure why this is happening

System Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10920X CPU @ 3.50GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
128 GB RAM

I am also having this problem which is quite frustrating. Each Skype NDI source is being broken up into multiple clips in Multicorder that basically makes it impractical to use. I was unsure if this is a bug, but I have given up using multicorder with Skype. It would good to know if this is a bug or related to some other issue.

AFAIK This is caused by Skype sending a VBR stream. I believe that multicorder will see a change in the bandwidth/resolution as a break and will therefore create a new file. There is an explanation of this somewhere on this forum. In other words not a bug, works as designed.

Have a look at this KB article. Even though it is for vMixCall, it should also apply: https://www.vmix.com/kno...lticorder-with-vmix-call

Thanks ASK, I hadn't seen this info before, I will give it a look to see if that solves the multiple file problem.
