I installed an AVerMedia card and it shows up in the camera input list but not the camera's name. Vmix says something like Capture Device Is Not Supported. Any suggestions? I tried moving the resolution since I saw in another post that it could be one of the reasons why but still nothing. Thanks all.

Which Model card? Again the more detail you provide the easier it is to help. The volunteers here on this forum are not mind readers or have powers to see your PC. You have to describe as much as possible.

OK. That is NOT a capture card! It is designed to be an encoder/recorder. However you can, sort of, use it as a capture device. To do this you need to to download and install Stream Engine. https://www.avermedia.com/us/product-detail/C875

Note: Stream Engine for this model was only released as a beta and there was limited support for different resolutions.
