Rank: Newbie Groups: Registered Joined: 4/9/2020(UTC) Posts: 4 Location: ROCKVILLE		I have an Aver CAM520 usb connected and every time I do a recording or go live the camera lags badly! I use my iPhone 11 and it works fine! I use the same CAM520 in obs and it works fine! Please help me! Thanks!

Rank: Newbie Groups: Registered Joined: 4/9/2020(UTC) Posts: 4 Location: ROCKVILLE		So in my older computer, it works, but the reason I changed or upgraded is that my cpu was at 100 percent always while using vmix. the video card was a 256 mb and it could not handle the load. This sucks.

I reviewed it here: https://www.mgraves.org/...ce-camera-system-part-2/ Just make sure that you select video encoding type MJPEG when setting up the source. Using H264 will incur the encoding delay associated with the GOP length.
