Good afternoon. install one encore capture usb tv tuner in my notebook, I'm using windows 7 and windows 8. the fact is that when I try to capture in Vmix nothing appears. and when I close I get the following error apc_index_mismach, I'm testing the software to see if I buy it, with a fully functional trial account. in on the capture program itself if it works. I get the error on both operating systems. I hope you can help me

That error usually indicates a problem with the capture device.
Make sure you have the latest drivers for it and that they fully support Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Hi, the problems persist in the encore products enutv-4 and enmvg-3 but works fine with the enutv-3
