Hi, I followed the tutorial step by step but unfortunately the video always remains black. Does it just happen to me? To understand if the problem in particular is specific to a type of PC (hard and softwhare). Thank you all - Asus GT752v

One option to valiate. Update NDI to the latest. Make sure you use a 1GB hard wire connection. Test in Newtek Studio monitor.
If the video is not appearing it could be very likely a network issue that the data can't be received.

ciao a tutti, prima spiego in italiano poi userò Google translate.
Ciao buona giornata e come diciamo in Italia: #andràtuttobene
Hi to all, first I explain in Italian then I will use Google translate.
The problem that I was unable to solve with Skype NDI and that apparently was not working. I followed the tutorial step by step but the image and audio did not work. Thinking and rethinking I tried to connect to the ADSL network (normally I use a router with the SIM because it is much faster!) And suddenly Skype NDI was starting to show signs of life. I remembered that already years ago it was discovered that the operators TIM and Vodafone "boycotted" Voipe connections (like Skype) with the sticks. In practice, to make a long story short, I reconfigured my PC with alternative DNS (I deleted and had the Ethernet network reconfigured starting from the classics 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) and letting Windows find the dchp by itself and configure the DNS of the key and IP automatically. What works. I hope it can serve, at least as a starting point. Hello good day and as we say in Italy: #andràtuttobene (# will go all right)
