Hi, we recently bought a Behringer X-touch extender. The shortcuts are working fine, but I cant get the fader activator work (motorized). Used the example in the manual, but this config doesnt work for me. Anyone have this working (even with other x-touches) and have some screenshots or config examples?

Some things to try:
1. Make sure the device is enabled under Settings -> Activators -> Enable Devices 2. The faders on the X-Touch send a different MIDI note when touched vs when moved. You will need to make sure the correct settings are found when clicking Find after adding an activator. Make sure the values in Find are the ones that move up and down and moving the fader and you are not accidentally detecting the touch signal instead.
Regards,

Hi, thank you for the reply. Im not sure how to find the correct note (or channel) for the motorized faders. Any quickfix? Secound question, is MC (Mackie-mode) the correct setup for the X-touch?

Hi, Stianeliassen. I have Behringer X-Touch One. It have only one fader, but I can use it in vMix. 1. First of all be shure, that you enable X-Touch in activator's devices (Enable Device button) 2. Change X-Touch mode to Control Change 3. Press Add button in Activators in vMix settings 4. Press Find Button in opened window 5. Slide X-Touch FADER to top or to bottom. Yoou can see that vMix show midi notes for this fader 6. In Event select Input Volume Channel Mixer (or MasterVolume for Master Volume) 7. In Type - Fader.
That's all.

No, I can't assist you via remote access. What is the problem if it is detected in Windows and detected in vMix? Turn X-Touch mode to Control Change or Control Change Continuous, check the box "Behringer X-Touch" in MIDI Setting/MIDI Devices, Push ADD Button and push FIND. After press button on X-Touch or slide the fader.
