Hi all, I've just had a strange reaction from vMix : pressing a shortcut to play some music track on a Stream Deck, my fullscreen multiview changed !!! There is no other hidden shortcut or cloned stuff, I didn't even know that you could change the mutiview aspect with a shortcut. Fact is I need to go back to the settings each time to set it back to how it was... Here is a video to show you... any help ? Thanks VMIX BUG VIDEO

EDIT : I just discovered after running several tests, that it has nothing to do with the shortcuts, but with the master audio level... when the audio level peaks at 0 (which could happen often...) the multiview display changes !

That is quite strange, best to send a support report from Settings -> About in vMix and drop us an email.
Many years ago (as in around vMix 12!) there was a multiview meter rendering bug, where out of spec audio signals (> 0db) would cause the multiview output to fail. This would switch back to the old multiview as a fallback, but as a test here I just add audio sources with various peaking levels and could not replicate it so something strange about that particular setup is triggering it somehow.
Regards,
Martin vMix

Thanks Martin, will do today.
FYI, I tried different outputs on my graphic cards and different presets on vMix, and of course restarting comp and vMix, the problem persists though. Updated to .39 last week.
Regards
