After 2 hour with 2 SRT connections (Output 1 and Output 2), vMix closed and opened without any error message.
In the logs I got this error message:

Please send us an email so we can investigate further.
However if vMix restarted on its own that is usually caused by the graphics card resetting itself which can happen due to faulty driver or card.

Hi Martin,

It happened first when I was in another show last week using an Asus Laptop ROG GL552VW with i7 6700HQ with nVidia GTX960M (441.87). I saw in vMix documentation that this Graphic Card is not supported for SRT, and for the show yesterday I changed the computer to Dell G5 with RTX2060 (442.19). Do you think both computer had faulty driver or card?

Regards,

Daniel

It's hard to say without more information from a support report in vMix.
Please email us and we can guide you through the support process to find out what happened.
