That specific card is not listed on the Supported Hardware list (https://www.vmix.com/software/supported-hardware.aspx#capturehardware) but many other AVerMedia cards are listed. It would probably work (if you can find one).

Always make sure you can return an item like this that has not actually been tested by the vMix Hardware Testing Team.
