I'd love to have the option in the "Take image snapshot of Output" menu to load that snapshot right back into vMix automatically as a new input.
I was able to modify a script to do that process but it'd be great to have be automatic.

How you program a shortcut to take a snapshot and make it available as an input in vMix automatically? I can make a shortcut of the script but I'm not seeing an existing shortcut that takes a snapshot and loads it up as an input.

when you have a shortcut (Snapshot or SnapshotInput) to take an snapshot you can give it a name There is a shortcut (AddInput) to load an image and specify the snapshot's name combine both under the same shortcut key ( in correct order ) then you have ....
Somewhat more complex one would be to create a script (triggered by a shortcut) that instructs to take a snapshot, let the script search in the specific folder for the latest snapshot saved and instruct to load that as an Image input
