Hello,
I tried to do a multiple stream on Youtube and Facebook LIVE and it was completely bad. Video and audio stopping and fragmented all the time.
I then decided to do just one stream on Youtube, it was better but still fragmented.
So then I decided to stream just the audio so black picture appearing and the audio was ok.
Can you help me to understand what is wrong?
When I do Skype videocall I never have issues, so I doubt that is a connection problem.
What do you suggest?

My laptop is a Toshiba and the features are:

Windows 10 Home
Processore Intel® Core™ i7-4710HQ di 4a generazione con Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0
39.6cm (15.6”) , Toshiba TruBrite® Full HD TFT High Brightness IPS display with LED backlighting, 16 : 9 aspect ratio
Hard disk 1 TB
Smart silver con finiture in alluminio spazzolato, tastiera nera
12,288 (8,192 + 4,096) MB, DDR3L RAM (1,600 MHz)
AMD Radeon™ R9 M265X Enthusiast Graphics

THank you!!

Radeon is not recommended as a graphics card, and if Skype and vmix are working it'll probably be your stream settings so have a look at trying different bitrates.

Thank you, yes Skype works and vMix too on my side, but when I stream it's all fragmented and stopping
What bitrate do you suggest?
And what graphic card too? (maybe you can suggest a laptop)

we use Asus rog 7502 vw

for vmix you would want Nvidia gtx 1060 - you won't see a significant performance increase with 1070 or 1080

start with the lowest - 990kbps

also go to speedtest on Google, your stream should be half of your upload speed
ie 2mbs UPLOAD speed you would do a 1mb or 990kbps stream
thanks 1 user thanked Barney Box Lane for this useful post.

Thank you!
I checked now and I have 1 mbs in upload so I have to look for 500kbps, do you think it's enough for a streaming that have not to be excellent but just fluent at least?
