Start with the basics. Please check your username and password works on the IBM service using their interface. Then setup a stream as a custom destination. If all OK there, setup a stream again using the presets. If not OK at any stage report it back here with troubleshooting detail. You need to include as much info as possible when reporting an issue. Simply showing an error is not enough for anyone to help you.

I login normally, as in the IBM web site, in the vMix. Same data. I used another account that I have, I verified the firewall, internet, and the problem still on.

One thing as an extra: I install vMix after formatted the PC and install the drivers. When I logged in the software (vMix) gave me that error. I thought it was like "IBM is having an updating in its web site, that's why this error", but the days passed through, and it wasn't the problem.

Hi,

This error usually means Windows is not up to date.
IBM recently changed the security on their streaming sites to require a newer version of encryption.

Make sure all latest windows updates are installed, remove any 3rd party virus scanners and try again.
