Hi, Today it's not possible to find the posts of a Facebook page. Don't know if it's the last vMix Update or if it is a Facebook issue. When trying to "Find Posts", message: "(#10) To use 'Page public Content Access', your use of this endpoint must be reviewed and approved by Facebook. To submit this 'Page Public Content Access' feature for review please read out documentation on reviewable features: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review. Hi,
Unfortunately as part of the new Facebook privacy review, they have turned down our application to renew Facebook Page access for vMix Social. We are appealing this decision, but at the moment there is not much we can do until they agree to give us access again.
Apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope Facebook gives us some good news soon.
Regards,
Martin vMix

Facebook is always changing the rules and a couple of months ago they blocked quite a few Ministries from live streaming.

Martin vMix I had the same problem, actual my workaround is: get the Permalink of the Post with the stream and paste it in the URL-Section of VMix-Social. It worked for me the last few days on cebit in hannover. I just did planned streams on facebook. So I was able to get the permalink through the insights of the post. As soon as a few people had seen the post, just click on the the statistics below and you get your insights. All the way down of the coming up screen you see: "Permalink"-Section. Just click it and get the link from your browser, put it as url in vmix-social and it should work again. I don´t know how long this backdoor is open. But it worked. Hopefuly there is a "official" way from facebook soon available again! I attached a picture where to find the permalink, before the show goes live (Insights-Section!) Keep on streaming & discussing with your audience ;-) ChriS Digisaurier attached the following image(s): Permalink.PNG (684kb) downloaded 34 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Hi,
Please note this feature is not being permanently disabled. It is only temporary while Facebook go through the extended review process for access to certain types of content.
If you would like a refund, you can email us and we can investigate your options.
Regards,
Martin vMix

rtmcqueen, a refund? OMG... are you serious?
"it's not up to me to fight Facebook..." of course, YOU SIMPLY CAN'T! they do everything what they want and you turn against vMix? that's not fair... this is a privacy problem that facebook developers must fix ...
in another prespective, do you know about other software that can do the things as you need? if yes, what was the reason who makes you buy vMix?
don't be precipitant, a refund could not be the best way to solve your problem... later, facebook will solve the problem and everything comes normal... think about it...
cheers,
melody

Hey @Digisaurier, FYI, there is another hidden location[img][/img] to grab the unique post URL for any FB post. I use it to share the link in my email reminder and social media promotions. Not sure why FB decided to hide the URL behind the date/time. Ha! (see attached) Take care, Amy amylavonne attached the following image(s): Copy unique URL for any FB post - link location.jpg (186kb) downloaded 8 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. The workaround with the URL for the post seems to have been stopped. I just get a pop up message to the tune of "Could not find entry on Facebook..." Is this happening to anyone else here, or is it just me?
UPDATE: The workaround works, when I use the URL for video-posts. Normal posts still result in pop ups.
