Hi,

I am on testing vMix, and I met an error when the vMix external output is used as a input by another video recorder programs. I've tested several recorder programs, and found that same error is occurred on all those programs.

The error is like below;

Unhandled exception occured[0xC0000005@0x78AA1ED7] at MSVCR100.dll
Additional exception informatin has been stored locally and this application will be terminated.

- vMix version: latest one.
- OS: Windows XP 32bit

Is there any clue to resolve this problem?

What settings do you have configured in vMix under the External Output tab?
Also, what happens when trying to use the vMix Video device while vMix isn't running?

Thanks for the reply.

==> External Output tab settings
---------------------------------
vMix video device: checked
DeckLink Renderer: unchecked
System: NTSC 59.94i or 29.97p
Output size: 720x576
...... (not editable)
Audio delay: 0

That's all. Nothing is modified.

The video device is working well when directly used by the another video recorder program.
