Hi, How can I ingest 8 channels of audio using this device? It's only shows 2 channels of audio when adding Camera input (with SDI input option, not Line-in).

Check the Magewell documentation to know if it's supported by the device

This is what the Magewell site says for the USB Capture 4K Plus (and the other similar USB Capture devices):
"Support for 2 channel IEC60958 audio streams"
The default Microsoft drivers used for these USB Plug&Play devices don't support more then 2 channels. For 8-channel audio capture (over HDMI or SDI) from a Magewell capture device you need the PCIe Pro Capture cards. Any of those will give you up to 8-ch audio into vMix (and other s/w which uses the Magewell SDK, e.g. NewTek Connect).
