Vmix Social is "not running"

Hello,

I installed latest version of Vmix and vmix social which comes together with same setup file.
I enabled Web controller. Vmix Settings >> "Web Controller >> Enabled ( ticked) port: 8080
I tested the http://local_ip:8080 from web browser. it's working, and I can control the vmix from browser interface.

But when I open the Vmix Social , Vmix Social says "Not running"
So I am not able to connect to facebook and twitter etc.

I tried the this operation in two computers which have OS windows10

is there any idea what the my problem is?

I've been having a same issue with vMix Social not seeing vMix as running. I've tried it on 3 different machines and have the fault on 2 of them. I haven't been able to find anything in particular that has caused the issue on the two machines.

All 3 are running windows 10 64.

same thing while testing on virtual could machine running windows server 2016 with vmix 21 latest

any help here how to make it run , also vmix not showing any videos on ly sound , i know for video it might be cause no graphic card on virtual , but any solution since vlc and windows media are playing videos notmal

any help please

vMix 21 is beta, so it it possible it has some bugs...

With latest version 20.0.0.54 vMix Social is able to connect...

In vMix 20.0.0.54 web-interface is port 8088 not 8080, in vMix-social it shows port 8089...

Try turning off all firewalls. If that works, check that Social is being allowed through the firewall.
