On the latest version of VMIX, there are errors with RTSP connection to network ptz cameras. Every few minutes there is a connection lost error message and the there is a frozen frame from a camera until in reconnects after a few minutes.
Is there any known issue with RTSP? Thank you.

Hi, There haven't been any changes to RTSP support in vMix in quite some time. Based on the error message it sounds like the camera is disconnecting perhaps due to a network issue of some kind. If you can drop us an email to info@vmix.com.au with a support report ( go to Settings -> About and click Send Support Report) we can confirm if this is the case. Regards, Martin vMix

Regards, Martin vMix Thank you Martin, I will write to the support team. Also, when the cameras (we have 3 of them) disconnect, sometimes one sometimes two, on the manufacturers software there is no issue and no disconnections and the video stream is good.
