Hi all, I need to ingest 6 camera inputs using 3 different cards by Blackmagic and 1 from USB by Elgato HD60S:
1) Decklink Duo 2
2) Decklink Mini Recorder
3) Decklink Studio
4) Elgato HD60S
Z270 Gaming 7 with 7700K can handle these 3 cards on PCI lanes? GPU is Asus 1060 - 6GB ram
Otherwise the other option is a MSI X99MPower with 5820K.

The z270 with 7700k should handle it without any troubles. Do not use the x99, this chipset is a nightmare for vmix. Just use the search function and you will see many threads of 7700k users and x99 horror stories.
