hello all seniors
I am newbee in forum, I have purchased HD version of vmix and trying to connect my handycam and my camera
but I am getting error
I am using my Hauppauge Capture device and when I try to add camera in vmix
getting error as
ADD NEW INPUT. THE FOLLOWING ARE SUPPORTED
720X480 NTSC 29.97P CXF2
UNSPECIFIED ERROR.
I TRY IN SETTINGS BUT SAME PROBLUM EXSIST.

PLESE GUIDE ME WHERE ARE I AM DOING WRONG ////////??????????

Unfortunately, Hauppauge capture devices are not supported by vMix.

thanks brother for your kind reply but I have try also a capture card as "ezcap HD1080 video capture along with AVERMEDIA SOFT
But this device is also not working
any advice for which device you will suggest me

You also mention AverMedia soft(ware). Do you have an AverMedia capture device?

Not sure what the EZCap device is, but perhaps this is it:

Though it could possibly work, it's not on the Supported Hardware page. I have a knock-off Magewell USB capture device. It works sometimes with vMix perfectly, and the next time, nothing but error messages.

Maybe there's an output setting from your HandyCam that will work. What is the model number of the Sony HandyCam you are using?
