Hello vmix Friends. I have these strange horizontal "tearing" lines in my 4K input on my Aja IO 4K (Or whatever it is called) only when I use the 4K input .. on the 1080 SDI inputs is all well. I DO NOT get them when I use the AJA capturing software. Only on Vmix see the video below the line seems a little delayed .. and the lines will not stay there sometimes I get 2 of them. And sometimes I do not have them at all... But because of it I can not use 4k on vmix. (See video for sample) this happens on several versions I have tried...even on the latest 19.0.0.54 File Attachment(s): capture - 11 August 2017 - 09-23-48 PM.wmv (224kb) downloaded 9 time(s).BigApple attached the following image(s): Lines in Video .PNG (833kb) downloaded 12 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Hi,
Can you confirm the systems specifications? CPU and graphics card? On low end graphics it is possible for the video from the IO 4K to not copy fast enough causing the artefact you see.
Regards,
Martin vMix

What happens if you run vMix using the Intel Graphics? This is what the AJA Control Room uses, so I wonder if that will make a difference.

thank you , yet I tried that already and to my surprise no difference either ... even with a restart . I also made sure I have the latest NVidia drivers .. still no luck
