Hi,

my machine crashed today on me and after reloading the Vmix preset, the instant replay input couldnt be opened anymore.

It says "Stammelement ist nicht vorhanden", which means something like "root xml element not available" in german.

Is there a way to retrieve the xml root element somehow?

Can I get my events back? The machine crashed after the production ended, so all marked events of the entire football game would be on it.

I hope there is a way to get them back.

Regards,
Patrick

Yes, in the replay folder there are two files, replay.xml and replay.xml.backup
if replay.xml is corrupt you can replace it with the backup, though usually vMix does this automatically.

Email us a copy of both files so we can see if they can be recovered.

Email is sent

Update:
Okay, I just saw that the file is empty...so I guess there is no way to get the data back, right?
