I use vMix on 2 PC's and a Lenova laptop without any issues. I just acquired an ASUS G752V laptop and have loaded v19.0.46 on it. All functions work well except for the RECORD function. I create a directory for my recorded videos to go to, but when I try to record, I get the error message, "Recording Directory cannot be found" I have rebooted, deleted and recreated the directory several times but continue to get the same error message. I do not know if this is a vMix issue or an ASUS issue. Any ideas?

Check that you have the desired directory both in Settings/Recording and for Filename in Recording setup (the coq wheel left of the Record button, where one also specifies recording format)

Thanks, I changed the path in both areas and now my saved recording goes straight to the desktop and not to the assigned folder. That is a big step in the right direction and tells me that I have a problem with my path that I have typed in. Thanks again.
