Problem with external - Intensity PRO

Hello, I get random problem with External output. Im using 1080p59 with external outupt to Intensity PRO and I get this message https://gyazo.com/eb7217b0e05c2f59d94a4544b32a3a81And external output ended. Before this message I noticed drop frames Anyone help? Thanx

What is the overall resolution in vMix set for?
How long does it record before you get this message?
Are you live streaming also?
Have you configured the External Renderer for the BMD Intensity Pro? Is it configured for 1080p59.97?

Its not a record its External to hdmi output from intensity pro
No streaming
Yes, in vmix
Yes is it
This message a i I get randomly, sometimes in 2 min, sometimes after 3 hours. And luckly after 7 hours.

Should be 29.97 or 59.94. Not 59.97!

A couple of thing to check...
What is your Render Time when streaming & using External Output?
What is your CPU Usage when streaming & using External Output?
What are your External stats when streaming & using External Output? That's the little "i" next to the External button.
You might try a lower frame rate than 59.94p. Maybe 29.97p or 59.94i.
You might try a lower resolution.
Make sure your Stream settings are using the Hardware Encoder.
BTW, vMix works best with i7 for 1080p.

I am using this for graphics, why are you doing 1080/59, put 1080/25 and you probably want have any problems
Second thing is that your PC is not so good for doing this, stream and external will not go smooth, I have the same, you need better CPU
