I have the issue with vMix. Does anyone knows the reason for this error?, Thanks

Disculpas por mi ingles, no es muy bueno.
Yes thank you, i´m testing vmix32bits (19.0.0.37 version).
I´m Streaming to youtube a looping? mp4 video whith a looping overlay video, a mov video (im testing because before of this, vmix crash when overlay a move files).
Do you understand me? :)

Why do you use 32bits version? Your computer is not 64bits capable?

Can you indicate which CPU and graphics card you use?

MOV videos require a lot of power. If your computer is not powerful enough maybe that's why it crashes.

I suppose you have alpha channel (transparency) in this video, right?

Tell us about your computer power. Maybe we can find another way to do what you want...

I use te 32 bits version because my captured card, Avermedia LGP, only work with this version.
laptop
HP Envy DV6
Intel core i7 3630QM 2.40GHz
Nvida GeForce GT 635M
6 RAM

yes, have alpha channel

I'm not sure if this graphics card is powerful enough. I don't know. The computer is OK.

You can try to convert your MOV video to MP4. Replace transparency by a color (not used in video) like green screen. Then you can use chroma to do the overlay or luma key+fill.

Not sure it's possible for you, it depends on the video. Is it a complex video or just a moving logo or blinking thing?

Yes, thank you for you help. i think this is the problem, the mov files.
its no dificult to me to convert in a mp4.
I do with NewBlue TittlerPro, its a volleball players presentation: Name, position age, etc and 1 photo, its no dificult to me do it in chroma key
or probably i´ll do a PNG file, with no movement and effects, but with the overlays looks better :)

I think with NewBlue TittlerPro you can use NDI which supports alpha channel. It's even easier if you have the good version.

And you can use transparency and overlay with PNG files.

You can also use vMix Title Designer and Datasource to design your team/players presentation.

You will see an example in this video

Problem solved. This only happens when I have not connected the avermedia LGP in the USB port
